"Soccer.com really stepped up for us"
Soccer.com really stepped up for us. Fedex lost our order (which FedEx admitted to and said they would reimburse Soccer.com for the loss). But, that still left us without any jerseys. Soccer.com listened to our issue, investigated quickly, and called back when they said they would. In the end, they pulled a small miracle and sent us a new shipment of jerseys that arrived in time for our first game. Thank you so much for caring and for your wonderful customer service.

"Very satisfied!"
I was at first worried about ordering a soccer shirt from soccer.com after reading the reviews here, but i still placed an order. It was shipped 2 days later & delivered 8 days later. It was international delivery from the usa to korea too! I also sent 4 emails to check about delivery confirmation etc & customer service replied to each one in a timely fashion.
I'm sure as with any company there are dissatisfied customers but i am very satisfied!
